Workshop and Steelwork Fabrication

Over the past month or so here at JSD we have picked up more and more structural and bespoke steel work enquiries and more importantly converted them into orders for new customers.
We have been manufacturing and installing the likes of:

A steel staircase with a bespoke GRP handrail system at Manchester University Chemistry Building.

Several modified steel beams for structural openings on various projects.

We have also just recently picked up a 70 linear metre bespoke wrought iron fencing job with an automated double gate.

Also on the shop floor this week was a nice little racking system for a regular client which we attached wheels to so it can be moved around easily. And a  couple of dainty little dollies to move their product around their factory floors.

There are tenders completed and sent out for portal frames and also full portal building systems.
We are forging along creating new relationships with several construction companies and helping to deliver projects on time and more importantly on budget.
