JSD Engineering & Construction Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time, Skilled Builder/Tradesman to join its expanding team.
Carrying out work throughout the North West, we are looking for someone that can work alone or as part of a team, have an excellent work ethic, excellent organisation skills, excellent communication skills and be of a clean and tidy appearance (uniform will be provided).
The applicant needs to be multi-skilled in the following areas:-
- Brick / Block /Stonework
- Roofing
- Pointing / Rendering
- Plastering / Boarding
- Basic Joinery
- Groundworks / Drainage
- Concreting
- All other aspects of General Building Work
Requirements:-
- CSCS Card
- NPORS Mini Digger / Telehandler Certificate (preferred – not essential)
- NVQ or City & Guilds Certificate
- Good understanding of safe working practices
- Proven track record in this field of work – 5yrs experience preferred
- Driving License
