Domestic Extensions:

Timber frame first floor extension over a garage in Padiham which added a new main bedroom with en-suite at the rear.

 

 

Replacing an old brick and timber built lean to extension on the back of an old cottage in Barnoldswick with a new stone wall and steel frame with new double glazed units.

 

      

A single  storey flat roof extension in Huncoat with an aluminium lantern and Bi-Fold doors, we knocked through from the kitchen to create a large bright family space that leads directly onto the garden space.

 

 

A single lean to stone extension on the rear of a cottage in Worsthorne to add a downstairs toilet and utility room.

 

 

A single lean to extension in Silsden which added a utility room and a downstairs toilet done under permitted development.

 

Replacement of an existing conservatory with an extension with bi fold doors, velux windows and plenty glass to ensure a bright family room leading off from the dining room. Due to the lack of wall space we incorporated electrical underfloor heating. We later pavd the whole patio and landscaped the garden.

 

 

     

A small stone porch on a large residence in the Ribble Valley, the client needed a place to leave dirty boots and wet coats when they came in from a daily walk in the Ribble Valley. The walls were built from stone and the timber frame and door was constructed from Accoya which is a hard wearing engineered timber.
